Payment Options

By credit card

The preferred payment method is online payment by card via our secure payment gateway.

In the event of a refusal of online payment by credit/debit card, participants are advised to return to the registration process and try to complete the payment again. If the issue persists, they should first contact the card issuer or bank to verify whether there is any block on the online transaction. If a block exists, once it has been removed, payment can be completed through the online payment gateway.

By bank transfer
ibercorr2027@leading.pt e- de forma a validar a inscrição. Quaisquer encargos bancários associados deverão ser suportados pelo participante.

When choosing to pay by bank transfer, a proof of payment must be sent by email to the Secretariat at ibercorr2027@leading.pt, clearly indicating the participant’s name, in order to validate the registration.

Any bank charges associated with the transfer must be borne by the participant.

Payment Policies

Registration and full payment of fees are required to participate in any of the events.

Please ensure that the registration fee is paid before the deadline corresponding to the selected registration category. A registration that is unpaid or partially paid will not be considered valid until full payment has been completed.

Final Invoice

The final invoice will be issued based on the details provided during registration, in the “Contact/Billing Details” section.

• Any changes to this information may be made up until the end of the event and will be subject to a €15 fee.
• If you require a proforma invoice, it can be provided so that you may process the payment in accordance with your institution’s administrative procedures. Upon receipt of the proof of payment, the congress secretariat will issue the final invoice.

Insurance

The registration fee does not include insurance for accidents, illness, cancellation, theft, material damage, or loss. Participants are advised to arrange their own appropriate personal insurance.
