TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION

1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the registration, payment, and participation process for IberCorr' (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”), organized or managed by Leading (acting as the Executive Secretariat / Organizing Entity). By submitting the registration form, the participant agrees, without reservation, to the terms set forth herein.

2. Registration and Billing Information

2.1. The participant is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in the registration form.

2.2. The billing information (Name/Entity, Tax Identification Number, and Address) entered at the time of registration is final. Any request to modify an issued invoice due to participant error may be subject to administrative reissuance fees.

2.3. Registration will only be considered valid and confirmed upon receipt of proof of full payment of the applicable fee/ticket.

3. Payment Terms and Methods

3.1. Event registrations may be paid through the methods available on the payment platform, namely: [Insert Methods, e.g., Multibanco Reference, MB WAY, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer].

3.2. Registration fees are listed in Euros (€) and are subject to the applicable VAT rate in force, where applicable.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. In accordance with e-commerce legislation for events with a specific date, purchases of registrations/tickets are considered final, and participants are not entitled to a right of withdrawal (cooling-off period). 4.2. Unless otherwise expressly stated on the official Event page, the cancellation policy at the participant’s initiative is subject to the following deadlines:

• Any changes to this information may be made before the end of the event and will be subject to a €15 fee.

5. Event Changes or Cancellation

5.1. The Organization reserves the right to modify the program, speaker lineup, schedule, or venue of the Event due to force majeure, technical constraints, or last-minute cancellations, without entitlement to compensation.

5.2. In the event of the definitive cancellation of the Event for reasons attributable to the Organization, participants will be refunded 100% of the amount paid for registration. The Organization shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the participant (such as travel or accommodation).

6. Accreditation and Access to the Venue

6.1. Access to the Event (whether physical or virtual) is personal and non-transferable.

6.2. At Event check-in, participants must present the electronic confirmation sent by the Organization (including the corresponding QR Code/Confirmation Code) in order to collect their badge.

6.3. The badge must be worn visibly at all times during the Event. The Organization reserves the right to refuse entry or remove from the venue any person who does not have a valid badge or behaves in a manner that disrupts the normal operation of the Event.

7. Image, Audio, and Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. Due to the public and scientific/promotional nature of the Event, the Organization and authorized media may capture photographs, video, and audio during the Event.

7.2. By participating in the Event, participants authorize the recording and use of their image and voice for dissemination, marketing, archival, and promotional purposes related to the Event (or future editions) across the Organization’s communication channels (websites, social media, newsletters, reports).

7.3. Content presented at the Event (presentations, slides, scientific communications) is the property of the respective authors or the Organization, and its recording, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data collected in the registration form is used exclusively for the operational management of the Event (issuance of credentials, access control, billing, and the distribution of necessary logistical information). 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Portuguese law.
